The wedding of Lauren and Clyde was one of those weddings that I just feel completely lucky to have been a part of. I met them for the first time during their engagement shoot a few weeks ago and was immediately taken by just how kind and sweet they are. This carried forward to their wedding day which was a true reflection of this.

As with many couples getting married in 2021, Sarah and Robert had to change their wedding plans a few times. We can finally see the finish line! They will be celebrating at Vondeling Wines in April.
Regine and Joel | Zarose | Wedding
This couple came all the way from Gabon to have their wedding celebration at Zarose venue in Stellenbosch. With the help of close friends, they managed to plan a beautiful wedding day in December. I was very excited to book this wedding as I have wanted to shoot at this venue for some time and this couple did not disappoint.
Nikita and Keegan | Rondekuil | Wedding
The day I met Nikita and Keegan for the first time to discuss their Durbanville wedding, I was struck by how shy and sweet they both were. Nikita was quietly excited and nervous about their upcoming day and all the planning she still needed to do. Keegan was supportive and helpful to his wife to be. After chatting for a while, they decided to have an engagement session with me. This is a great way of getting some time in front of the camera. I believe this is helpful in order to make them feel more relaxed on their wedding day.

Nikita and Keegan and I met for the first time a few months when they were beginning to plan their wedding day. As part of their wedding package, they decided to include an Engagement shoot. These sessions, above all, are a great way to have some practice in front of the camera. I love doing this with my couples because it really does make things easier on wedding day. It also gives me a good opportunity to get to know them a little better.

Anria and Logan really did have the most whirlwind Cape Town wedding! Shortly before the big day Logan accepted a job in the U.K which meant him flying out a few days after their wedding day. They were faced with arranging and organising so many things in such a short space of time and it really just showed me how strong their bond is. They stuck together and compromised for one another to make sure it all worked.

I met Cindy-Lee and Leon a few months ago for their engagement session and after spending the afternoon with them, I was so excited for their wedding day! And I was really not disappointed. We were blessed with beautiful overcast weather, just warm enough and not at all windy.
Candace and Callum | Blouberg | Wedding
This beach wedding was both unique and extra special for me. Not only is Candace one of my oldest friends, but she asked me to be a bridesmaid. So photographer and bridesmaid in one! It was a whirlwind day for me but one which meant so much. Candace met Callum as a fourteen year old and became a love struck teenager! Their friendship lasted a short period of time and then life took them in different directions. Fast forward twenty odd years and two kids collectively and their paths crossed again. I met Anria and Logan for a cup of coffee before heading out to do an engagement session in Kalk Bay. I learnt what a whirl wind of life they are about to experience, a wedding and relocating overseas all in the space of a few weeks. They are so supportive of each other and are ready to face the future, it is so exciting.
Louise and Kyle | Leipzig | Wedding
I met Louise and Kyle about a year ago, we met up and chatted about their Worcester wedding day, we had coffee and chatted some more. When I left I knew this was going to be a wonderful wedding! Such a great couple, such welcoming people and just knowing that they were meant to be together, forever, as a family. We met shortly after for an engagement shoot in Tokai which just reaffirmed my initial feelings!
