I have known Heidi for the longest time, we danced together many years ago and she was one of my first guinea pigs when I started playing around with a camera. So I was super excited and honored when she got in touch with me from the U.K., where she now lives, to be a part of their special day.
Heidi and Michael’s families are still in Cape Town so they decided that this would be the only place to get married. They chose Karmanel as their venue which perfectly catered for their intimate wedding. The day was a gorgeous, warm Saturday and when I arrived at the house where Heidi was getting ready, there was nothing but excitement and giggles filling the air. Heidi was a perfectly calm bride, laughing her way through getting ready and putting on her big princess gown!
They exchanged vows out in the sunshine with proud parents looking on. The photo session that followed was relaxed and fun, Heidi has such a contagious smile which rubbed off on us all!
I left this wedding feeling happy and excited, this couple are just such fun to be around. Thank you Heidi and Michael for having me be a part of your big day, it really was very special. I wish you so much love and happiness now and forever.
