The wedding of Lauren and Clyde was one of those weddings that I just feel completely lucky to have been a part of. I met them for the first time during their engagement shoot a few weeks ago and was immediately taken by just how kind and sweet they are. This carried forward to their wedding day which was a true reflection of this.

I was happily surprised to suddenly hear from her when she contacted me to do a family shoot for her and her family in law. Some shoots are just pure fun and this was definately one of them! Tayla and her friends decided to do a photoshoot to celebrate their 16th year. She sent me mood boards and location ideas and we settled on an urban feel before heading to the beach. The day turned out to be a very windy one but they took on the challenge head on. They kept each other warm with close hugs and helping each other tame their wind swept hair!

This couple came all the way from Gabon to have their wedding celebration at Zarose venue in Stellenbosch. With the help of close friends, they managed to plan a beautiful wedding day in December. I was very excited to book this wedding as I have wanted to shoot at this venue for some time and this couple did not disappoint.
