Jenny and Ryan’s was my final wedding of this current wedding season and I was so so happy to finish off this way. It was such a prefect day, from decor to dress to light, a photographer’s dream!
They exchanged vows at the beautiful St Agnes Church in Woodstock and I was so excited to get to shoot their couples pictures in the city. I really do love an urban shoot and this one was just perfect. Jenny and Ryan along with their bridal party spent some time with me in the streets near the Company Gardens. I had so much fun capturing this group. Then onto the couple’s photos, wow! Their chemistry is amazing and they both looked so wedding perfect. Jenny wore a Kobus Dippenaar gown that she absolutely rocked and Ryan was handsome in his black suite and bow tie. They melted into each other’s arms so effortlessly and gave me so much to work with.
We left town after their shoot and headed to Rondekuil where they had their reception. We stopped on the way in to the estate to capture the last few rays of soft golden light. Shooting weddings at this time of year is such a treat as you get light like you just don’t see in summer. They kissed in the golden sunset as their guests arrived and came past cheering!
Jenny and Ryan shared a wonderful evening of laughs with their family and friends. This was followed by a delicious meal and lots of fun and traditional dancing!
