Catherine and Marc were married at Boesmanland Plaaskombuis in Langebaan in early Spring. They were blessed with an amazing sunshine day, perfect for their beach front venue. They chose a simple and elegant black and white theme for their decor which they brought through into the bridal parties fancy outfits!
The girls were happy and chatty when I arrived, getting ready filled with excitement. The boys were just as excited and we could here them chatting and laughing one floor above. It is always a great start to a wedding day having everyone is such good spirits.
The ceremony was lighthearted yet special. The couple exchanged vows with the sound of the waves in the background.
We ventured out to the harbor for the portraits of the newlyweds and were treated to the most amazing golden light. I was so excited looking at Catherine and Marc through the lens.
The reception was filled with fun and laughter from the word go. Catherine later told me that they partied until 3am! Now that is a good wedding!!
