This shoot is very special to me as I have followed Theresa and Hentie’s journey with them from their wedding day, to a maternity shoot and now I had the honor of meeting baby Stian.
Theresa and Hentie
I love that I get to share so many life changing moments with people and Theresa and Hentie are one of those couples. I photographed their wedding a few years ago and now I get to share in the memories of their first baby. (Stian was born earlier this week and I can’t wait to meet him). They wanted a farm setting for their shoot as they have decorated their boy’s bedroom with farm elements. Theresa asked me for a picture of the windmill as they had put one on Stian’s bedroom wall. We had alot of fun driving around looking for the perfect spots and I am so happy… Keep Reading
Mishke and Pieter
One of the many things I love about what I do, is how I get to ride along on a couples’ journey! I first met Mishke and Pieter when I photographed the proposal and now we are on to baby number two! I am so excited about these images, Mishke looks so beautiful and she really does do pregnancy well. They are pretty much one of the hottest couples ever!! She and Pieter are so looking forward to welcoming their second son into the world and I loved hearing them talk about it. Jannes is going to be a big brother and I am sure he will do an amazing… Keep Reading
Tanya, Mux and Bump
Tanya and Mux are a very special couple to me. I have known Tanya for many years, I was lucky enough to shoot her and Mux’s wedding and now it’s time for the next chapter, their baby girl!!
McPherson Family
Claudia and I went to school together so I was very excited when she contacted me to do a family shoot for her, her husband and son. After dodging bad weather for a few weeks, we met up on a perfect summer day at Kirstenbosch Gardens. Callum is such a lovely child, so polite and full of smiles. They are a hugging family which I love Thank you for having me capture these memories for you, I love them and I hope they find a perfect spot in your new home.
Tarren’s Matric Farewell
One of the big reasons I love being a portrait photographer is that I often get to see families on more than one occasion. Earlier this year I shot Arlene’s wedding and now I get to share her niece’s matric farewell. It was so wonderful going back to the family home and seeing them all again.
