I had the great pleasure of being part of Roche and Gareth’s wedding day, it was just so full of joy and laughter. I met the couple prior to their wedding day where I learnt that Gareth works out of the country so they don’t see as much of each other as they would like. I really do take my hat off to them as I can’t imagine how difficult that must be.
They chose a winter wedding in Pniel in a lovely old church surrounded by the winelands. Roche was very excited to secure the church they wanted and it really was lovely.
The couple chose not to have a bridal party so spent the morning of the wedding surrounded by family. Gareth waited at the alter for his bride and she really did not disappoint, she looked so exquisite and has the most amazing smile that would light up any room! I am not at all surprised that he cried on seeing her for the first time.
Their couples shoot was just the most fun! I love this part of any wedding as I get to see the couple in each other’s arms, only concerned with each other. These two giggled the whole way through their shoot and I could see so clearly how much they adore each other.
They chose to have an informal reception to celebrate with family and friends to round off the day.
Thank you both for sharing such a wonderful day with me! It really was so lovely to meet you both and to share so many laughs with you.
