Renee and Johannes

“Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite” This is a quote often seen at weddings but I feel it best suits this couple. This day was a warm and fuzzy one and I just know that their lives together are going to be filled with so many more warm and fuzzy moments. From the moment Renee locked eyes with Johannes as she walked down the aisle, until the moment I left them partying into the night, they did not leave each others sides. The way they look at each other, the way the support each other, laugh together and cry together, it is all just real real love.I spent time with each separately in the earlier part of the day as they got dressed and ready. They were both so calm and so excited sharing laughs with their friends and family.

The ceremony was held under the trees at Durbanville Hills where they chose to have their wedding day. It was a lovely exchange of vows, love and sincerest promises.

We were faced with very windy conditions during the couples shoot so decided to move inside to the cellar. Here we captured some more moody moments which I really love as they show alot of emotion.

They entered their reception to many cheers! The speeches followed which kept me laughing and crying behind the camera. The amount of love that this couple has from their family and friends is such a testament to who they are apart and together. Opening the dance floor in the most emotional and special way, Renee and Johannes got the party started! And I believe it carried on late into the night.

Thank you to you both for sharing this day with me, I can not begin to tell you what it meant to me. I wish you so much happiness and endless love. I will never forget the way you looked at each other and I hope that feeling never goes away.
